Venue & Session Adjustment Policy


At JEEVI Mental Health & Holistic Wellbeing Services, we understand that flexibility is sometimes necessary for the smooth delivery of our sessions.
Venue Change
Participants acknowledge that the venue for a scheduled session may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. All efforts will be made to notify participants well in advance and ensure the new venue is accessible and suitable.
Session Cancellation & Catch-Up
In rare cases, a class or session may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to unavoidable reasons (such as illness, emergencies, or venue availability). We assure all participants that any missed session will be made up in a future session or rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. No sessions will be forfeited.
